Important Fraud Warning:
Fake Emails Requesting Payment

We have been made aware that fraudulent emails are being sent to clients, imitating our firm’s email address and requesting payments in relation to property transactions. These emails do not come from us.

Criminals may attempt to mislead you into transferring funds to the wrong account. To protect yourself:

  • Do not make any payment based solely on information received by email.
  • Always telephone our office directly using the number published on our official website.
  • Confirm bank account details verbally with a member of our team before sending any money.
  • Do not rely on bank details provided in an email, even if the message appears genuine.

If you receive any suspicious communication, please contact us immediately. Your security is extremely important to us, and we want to ensure your transaction proceeds safely.

Here is our office telephone number: 020 8098 2000
